The variety of food here is awesome - they've got everything from fresh fruit to eggs and bacon. 🍳🥓 On top of that, the staff is super friendly and always on the ball, which is a big plus.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Clarion. The room was clean and spacious, with plenty of electrical outlets and convenient amenities like a refrigerator and microwave. The linens were of decent quality and the bed was comfortable. The gym and swimming pool were well-maintained and enjoyable. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we found our overall experience to be positive. we would recommend this hotel.

The wifi was not sufficient for our needs. As one who is involved in a PhD program, knowing that the wifi was severely limited would have been a factor in our staying at the hotel. Also, not unlocking the fitness area until 9 AM created issues for our family as well since we enjoy working out early.

This place is hidden away, close to Morgan's Grove Park, with neat, roomy rooms and friendly staff.

The staff at Clarion Hotel went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute changes for our class reunion. They provided outstanding service throughout our event. The facility was nice and the ballroom was decorated as agreed upon. We highly recommend this venue and will be back for our next reunion in five years. we had a fantastic experience at Clarion Hotel and Conference Center Shepherdstown.

Food was very good and a great value. I did not like eating in the bar. The restaurant was closed. Eating eggs and potatoes in the tavern was not conducive to a good start of the day.

I didn't like that I found dry cleaning receipts, tags and twisted ties on the upper shelf of the closet when I arrived. I didn't like that I couldn't park close to the hotel entrance. I really didn't like that on Thursday I had to park twice as far away from the entrance of the hotel because of a conference. I didn't like that I had to walk outside in the elements to get to the fitness center.

It was cold. We had to pay for breakfast, which was disgusting. The hot sauce was moldy..the food cold. Motel 6 would have been better. I will NEVER go back. Not cheap, either.

Nicely decorated and absolutely gorgeous place, I liked attentive personnel.

the hotel was big size with a favourable and magnificent location close enough to the fitness center and west virginia. my stay was enjoyable here.

We loved the hotel's friendly and efficient front desk staff. The pool was small but perfect for cooling off. The bed was great, and we enjoyed the complimentary tea, coffee, and fruit-infused water in the lobby.

The staff managing the restaurant were friendly and provided excellent service. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and cozy beds. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was satisfying. We also had a lovely view from our room, which added to our overall positive experience.

The internet connection was spotty at times.
